Identifying and describing the system to be reviewed
|
|
It
is important to put boundaries around the system (i.e. the task, the
process, the design, the geographical area, etc.) that is to be
reviewed using risk assessment. Boundaries define what
the risk
assessment covers, reducing the likelihood of overlaps or gaps.
Setting the systems boundaries also helps the to
identify the information required for the risk
assessment.
Some
examples of system boundaries for the deliverables mentioned before are as
follows:
